Walmart Canada’s cross-functional Marketing & Communications teams are overwhelmed by the volume of work in the absence of well-defined processes and tools. This deficit is putting quality of work and speed-to- market at risk.
Create a new process design for the Marcom Walmart Canada team, introducing new
efficiencies and team spirit. To do this it would be imperative to work with the current teams
